Do we pay for each person?
No. Plans are priced per business, and you can invite everyone with an address on your company's email domain.
How does the token pool work?
Every plan includes a monthly pool of AI usage shared by the whole business. People draw on it as their work needs, so a busy claims team can work at full speed while lighter users take only what they use. Unused tokens do not roll over.
What happens when the pool runs low?
You choose in advance: new AI work pauses until the next month, carries on at an agreed rate up to a monthly cap you set, or moves up a tier for the rest of the month. Nothing else in the portal stops.
How long does it take to get a portal?
A self-serve portal is built while you watch, usually in a few minutes. Enterprise launches with integrations are planned with you.
Where is our data kept?
Your portal's database and files are created in the region nearest the country you choose. Guaranteed jurisdiction, such as staying within the EU, is a paid monthly add-on.
Which AI models can we use?
Your administrators choose the model for your workspace from leading and open model families, and can change it at any time.
Does North Stack train AI on our data?
No. North Stack does not train models on your data, and logging and caching are switched off on your model gateway.
Who can sign in?
Only people with an address on your company's email domain, by invitation, using a code emailed to them. There are no passwords.
Can it act on our systems?
Connections are read-only. Anything that would change another system is prepared as a plan and runs only after a named person approves it.
